1. RETURN TIME
Return period is within 3 days from the date the customer receives the goods.
2. EXCHANGE LOCATION
If T-Redx customers have any problems with the product, please contact directly the sales channel where you ordered for support.
There are two ways to exchange goods through customs:
Exchange goods through online channels (specify product status and discuss with staff before returning)
Exchange goods directly at the store: Customers can visit the address: 231/11 LE VAN SY, WARD 14, PHU NHUAN DISTRICT, HO CHI MINH to make a return.
3. RETURN CONDITIONS
- Exchanged goods must have intact labels, barcodes, be unused and have an intact purchase invoice attached.
- For returns without invoices, please return to the store where you purchased the goods for support.
- Orders can only be changed once according to regulations.
- The value of exchanged/returned products is calculated according to the unit price on the purchase invoice.
4. CASES OF REFUSAL TO RETURN
- Purchase time exceeds 3 days.
- Labels and barcodes are no longer intact.
- The product has been modified, used (dirty, torn, damaged, stripped, faded, has a bad smell, unusual chemical smell) or is defective due to external influences after purchase, or Accessories/attached details of the product are no longer complete/damaged.
5. RETURN COSTS
For T-Redx defective products, we will fully support the return cost.
In case of return due to the customer's wishes, the customer will fully bear the two-way return cost. Fees are calculated based on freight rates on shipping units.
